Return to Olympia
Thank you for taking a moment to view my page. I believe it is worth the read. My approach puts you at the center of our mutual efforts. Most people buy or sell a home just a handful of times in their adult life. Over time, the field changes as do the processes. My job is to bring my experience and expertise to our task.
You have strong expectations of me as your agent. This process isn't about me or what I want. I am successful when the fullest possible picture of information is gathered for my client's consideration. My responsibility is to supply the information you need to make the best possible decision for you and your loved ones regarding your home. My experience has shown me when the data is studied, and all questions answered, your best decision will emerge. Every situation involving property and people is different. I do not twist arms to move my clients to a decision or sale. We will work at the pace you set, whether you need to find a home, or list your home, in the next two days or sometime in the months ahead. I listen carefully to your needs and thoughts. I respect and support my clients as mature individuals, who choose to be in control of their lives and the direction they are going. I will provide guidance, clarity and share my opinion from time to time, but only you can make the best decision for yourself. This must be based on your family's unique personal, lifestyle and financial circumstances.
In my fifteenth year as a full time Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater Realtor most of my business comes from client referrals and repeat business. I have earned these trusted relationships by my commitment to serving my clients with integrity, honesty and dedication. I work and negotiate hard to create as smooth and favorable a transaction as possible. I always work to be proactive, to avoid last minute problems, or to prevent small problems from turning into large ones. Working together, and communicating often, we make the journey as stress free as possible. Prior to Real Estate my experience is varied. I had a substantial career as an administrator in the non-profit world, worked with youth in a variety of programs, and have been a high school teacher. The Puget Sound area has been home my entire adult life. I am married to an elementary teacher in the North Thurston School District. We have three school aged children.
We should approach buying or selling a home with great care. While professional in my approach, I always look forward to getting to know my clients. We will enjoy the time and humor shared. I look forward to meeting with you. Thank you!
